HERD OF ELEPHANTS PROTECTS NEWBORN AFTER MOTHER GIVES BIRTH IN OPEN FIELD; VIRAL VIDEO MELTS HEARTS
Viral Video: Elephants, among all the other species, are considered one of the most caring animals, and social media is full of instances proving the same. Adding another one to the list, a video stole all the limelight, where an elephant was seen giving birth to a newborn baby. Apart from the birth itself, what won the internet over was that as soon as the mother gave birth, a herd of elephants rushed in to protect the mother and its little one. The video went viral as it impressed many.
Most people dubbed the entire incident an ‘example’ of how caring elephants mostly are, while the rest called the clip an ‘inspiration’ that humanity needs. Many also recalled other instances where these gentle giants displayed something similar.
The video was shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘buitengebieden’. the post was captioned, “Elephant gives birth to her baby, and the rest of the herd forms immediately a wall to protect mommy and the newborn.” The video was shared today and pulled more than 1M views by people.
